Shadow's ideal home
Shadow can live with children of high school age and other Greyhounds or larger breeds. He has spent his life in racing kennels and patience will be required when it comes to house training.

Shadow is a sweet boy who is very laid back and happily spends his days lazily watching the centre goings on alongside his pal. He's always excitable when it comes to going out but behaves very well whist his carers get his coat and harness on, but he's always raring to go. Shadow is happy to say hello to anyone he meets and greet people very politely. He's great with other dogs too, but seems to prefer larger dogs and similar breeds to his. As he is an ex-racing boy, his attention is often caught by small furry things so caution should be taken around small furries and potential other small dogs. Playing with toys seems to be something that Shadow hasn't had the opportunity to do before, and he's making the most of his new found pastime! He likes soft toys and playing a gentle game of tug with his carers.
